A Spice of Life pretty much saved my wedding. We had originally contracted with a different catering company when covid hit and we received an email about 3 months before the big day saying our original catering company went bankrupt (we lost thousands of $). I was completely distraught and panicked. I called Spice of Life and they were SO on top of everything. They graciously helped me re-create our menu, while being very respectful and kind regarding the cost of everything. I was very worried after going through our previous catering experience as far as signing contracts, time of payments, and "what-if" scenarios. A Spice of Life was understanding and patient and worked with me ( A LOT) to come up with a contract, and payment plan I felt comfortable with in the mist of covid. Emily was fantastic! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, texted me frequently to check in (my preferred method of communication), and was always on time and on top of everything! The day of the wedding went so smooth - I couldn't asked for anything better! A Spice of Life respected everything I wanted as far as covid goes. The appetizers were all served and passed carefully and individually + tasted amazing. The staff were kind and all wore masks and gloves at all times. The bridal parties received little snack trays before the wedding and my husband and I received a take home box of food after as well. They have these really nice (not ugly) plexi-glass shields to go around the buffet, which made me and my guests feel even safer. They also served the buffet and did a great job decorating it to match the feel of my venue. I used to work at A Spice of Life and know weddings aren't easy to work. All the staff were amazing and I'm especially thankful for Emily! I don't know what we would've done with out you. Having a wedding during covid has definitely put me through the ringer, but out of everything that was flipped upside down and smashed upon, the one great outcome was getting to work with Spice of Life. They are a solid company who care deeply amount their clients and I would highly recommend them to any future covid or non-covid brides!

Dawn and her team were fantastic from the start. My fiance couldn't make the initial food tasting so I brought my elderly father instead. She was so sweet and kind to him. Everyone raved about the food we had for our reception. She helped us pick a menu that would appeal to everyone and even provided a vegan meal for one of my family members. It was within our budget and was high quality. Their staff was really attentive to our guests. At the end of the night, they had placed a picnic basket in the back of our car containing some of the food from our reception. What a special touch! We would highly recommend A Spice of Life!

Emily from A Spice of Life coordinated our daughters wedding during COVID. She was absolutely amazing! She helped design a wedding whereby we practiced social distancing and masks and still had a great event. Emily created a plan with food and beverage delivery that really followed strict guidelines but made everyone comfortable and well taken care of during these strange times. The food was terrific and we received nothing but the highest compliments from our guests on the staff, the menu, and the food and beverages and cake. Thank you Spice of Life. We will see you again next year when we hold a big big celebration and we can skip the masks...etc.

From the initial contact to the tasting and all the various emails right up to the day of the wedding, Kathy and her staff were nothing but supportive and professional. The food was amazing!! Do yourself a favor and get the red velvet cupcakes... there wasn’t a single one left at the dessert station! The salmon was flaky and buttery, the beef tenderloin was so tender and juicy. We absolutely loved A Spice if Life and wished we lived in Colorado just so we could use them again for other events!

My husband and I had extremely low expectations when it came to caterers. We have experienced underwhelming food at most weddings and figured it was status quo for producing mass quantities. We decided to blindly choose ASOL as they were the preferred caterer at our venue and couldn't have been proven more wrong about this 'status quo'. The event specialist, Dawn, was with us every step of the way. The food the day-of was exceptional and the staff were all super professional - I didn't even know they were there. On the day-of, Dawn was also equally as present and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. I can't say enough about this catering company and would encourage anyone to choose them.

The food was great! ASOL satisfied the vegans, vegetarians, those who need gluten-free food and those who had no food restrictions. On the buffet all dishes were labeled and beautifully presented. The ASOL people (Dawn and Kjirsten) were pleasant, helpful and not only cleaned up after themselves but much of the party mess. I will highly recommend to all and certainly the only caterer I will use in the future.

Max and his team did a fabulous job setting up and serving the most delicious luncheon for a group of brokers. The event was in an empty shopping center space and they transformed it into a comfortable setting for a networking event that included lunch and a presentation. We received compliments from the attendees on how delicious the food was. Then the team took everything down and packed it all up like they were never even there! I highly recommend A Spice of Life for any event you might be hosting.

We had the best experience with A Spice of Life. From the very beginning working with Amanda. She was responsive, helpful, and so nice. The day of, the team was on time, everything was set up perfectly. They even helped with the small details. I had so many guests say how kind the servers were. Emily and her team with A Spice of Life did a phenomenal job for our September wedding that had to move venues. They took appropriate precautions to ensure a safe and sanitary event, while still letting it be a party. They were affordable, responsive to our concerns, and professional as a team. I would recommend A Spice of Life to anyone. As a groom who was more involved than most grooms, I would say you might need to stay on top of the day of events (There's a lot to track) and make sure the team is doing everything that's in the contract. Overall I have no complaints and their taco menu is fabulous!
