A Spice of Life Catering was pleased to cater the 5th anniversary celebration at Rembrandt Yard. We featured Sweet Chili Glazed Shrimp Quenelle, Shrimp cocktail on a cucumber cube with bloody mary pearls, Tuna Tar tare with seaweed salad and white balsamic and ginger syrup in a spoon, and Ponzu Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Crisp wontons and carbonated yuzy jell on carrot puree.
