Jessi Baldwin began her career at A Spice of Life Event Center and Catering Services in 1998 after transferring from University of Connecticut to University of Colorado. She just had to get closer to the mountains in order to play in them as much as possible with her two four-footed furry friends, via foot, bike, ski or paddle! Jessi has helped lay the foundation for A Spice of Life’s success by contributing innovative ideas to clients and offering an enthusiastic and accommodating manner second to none. Jessi’s pleasant demeanor and professionalism are recognized and praised by all of her clients. She is a member of 5280 Wedding Connection, Colorado Wedding Specialists and Catersource Continuing Education Program. Jessi’s attention to detail, style and creativity makes her an extraordinary asset to our team.
Sales Assistant – Aimee Travis
Aimee began her career at A Spice of Life in 2006. Just one year shy of graduating from Ohio State University, she packed up her things to head west in search of something bigger and better. Starting off as a server, she quickly began to climb through the ranks. A few months later she was promoted to Captain, and is now in our main office at the Event Center, helping out as a sales assistant. Her up-beat attitude, relationship with clients and co-workers, plus her dedication to this company has been a true benefit for A Spice of Life. She enjoys telling jokes, playing softball, and considers herself a connoisseur of movies.
