Catering Service Manager
Meredi is the sunshine on a cloudy day. Her smile and laughter will turn any frown upside down within minutes. After graduation from Adams State College, Meredi relocated to Boulder, CO in search of a bustling city to serve with a smile. Boulder seemed to be the perfect combination of mountain and city.
Since Meredi has moved to Boulder, the Boulder attitude has taken a hold of her, as she becomes greener everyday. Meredi is highly active as a volunteer with the youth group at her church. She is most passionate about salsa dancing, fine food, hiking 14ers, snowboarding, learning how to play the guitar, and encountering new experiences.
Operations Manager – Graham Thomas
Graham Thomas began working part-time for A Spice of Life while earning his degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University. While studying, he became interested in pursuing Off-Premise Catering Operations. Little did Graham know that, during this time, he was being groomed for a major position within the Spice management team. After graduating, Graham was offered and accepted the Operations Manager position. Graham now heads the dynamic department that is responsible for making it all happen behind the scenes.
During his time off, Graham enjoys traveling. He is particularly fond of England and its culture. He also enjoys cooking for his friends, playing basketball, watching movies, playing video games, and watching and creating anime productions. Graham loves classic rock, but most of all the Beatles.
