Our guests could not believe how good the food was. I am a stickler for my food being hot and this was not an issue. How they got it from the kitchen to the tent, keeping it hot, is a mystery. What can I say about Dawn, who we worked with, except that she was unbelievable. She thought about things I never would have, even bringing blankets in case it got chilly later. She made it so we could be guests and not worry about anything. We originally chose them because they were the recommended caterers for the venue, but even if they were not, there is no one that could have surpassed them.”
