A Spice of Life's Corporate Farm to Table Success at Lyons Farmette

Last week, A Spice of Life catered a large corporate Farm to Table event at Lyons Farmette which according to Event Specialist Lisa Paoletti was “one of the most enchanting nights of this summer!”

Guests were greeted into the scenic Lyons Farmette, a gorgeous farm in Lyons which specializes in sustainable food and education, by a beautifully set greeting station with freshly-blended fruit water, placed in the bed of the Farmette’s famous vintage truck.

The menu, shown below was prepared on-site by four of Spice’s talented on-site Chefs. Delicious local and organic offerings included A Spice of Life’s red quinoa and edamame hummus baby tacos, tomato and burrata canapés, butter-braised fingerling potatoes, honey fennel roasted free-range chicken, and a Strawberry Rhubarb pie which was “to die for” from My Mom’s Pies, among other tasty dishes.

As the night progressed, the full moon came out and shone brightly over the guests as they continued their Farm to Table experience.
