A Spice of Life is proud to introduce our new Executive Chef and Culinary Development leader, Jessica Chambers. With more than 20 years of experience – most of it rooted in high-volume, high-quality catering – Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and precision to our culinary team.

Her specialty in plant-based and allergy-friendly cuisine makes her a key innovator in expanding inclusive menu offerings that delight every guest. Whether she’s reinventing comfort classics or crafting globally inspired dishes, Jessica has a remarkable talent for creating food that connects people and honors diverse dietary needs.

Since moving to Colorado, Jessica has immersed herself in the local culinary and outdoor community. She’s an avid hiker, lover of animals, and natural leader who believes that what you put on the plate reflects who you are and how you care for others.

As Executive Chef, Jessica will lead menu development, train and mentor our kitchen team, and ensure that every bite lives up to our reputation for quality and creativity.
