Fresh Grab n’ Go
West wanted to provide a culinary experience to its employees to encourage them to stay on-site, boost morale, and productivity. A chef driven menu was created based on a survey distributed to all staff. From this input, employees have limited time for lunch on some days, so an Online Pre-Order System was implemented. This allows anyone to pre-order and ‘skip the line’ when they are ready for lunch.
A Fresh Grab n’ Go station was also implemented for those who want a quick solution for snacks, quick meals, and more. To align all of these services, we provided marketing services to brand the café, online experience, and all printed material.
With new innovative ideas to make the entire bistro experience rewarding and fun, we setup a full loyalty program, to incentivize coming back every day. The entire program is digital, also acting as a ‘payment card’ that employees can add funds to.
