On October 1st, A Spice of Life was once again a proud participant in the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield. This annual event features a live and silent auction as well as signature dishes from the area’s best chefs. A Spice of Life Chef de Cuisine Pieter Dijkstra presented a menu featuring Red Dragon Dumplings, Korean Chicken Wings, Mochi, Char Sui Bao and Grilled Hoisin Chicken Bao with Pickled Vegetables. The event’s proceeds benefit March of Dimes, an organization that provides education, services and research with the intention of improving maternal and infant health. Other chefs who provided signature dishes for the event include Michael Drazsnzak of COLTERRA Food and Wine, Alex Krill of SALT the Bistro and Nate Bychinski and Matthew Jansen of Mateo Restaurant Provençal and Radda Trattoria.
