A Spice of Life Catering ("we," "us") operates aspiceoflife.com from Boulder, Colorado. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and who can see it. We do not sell your personal information.
What you give us
- Quote and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, and the event details you choose to share (date, guest count, venue, notes). These go to our catering team by email so we can reply.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, availability, desired hourly pay, how you heard about us, and the resume you attach. These go to our hiring team and operations lead.
- Thanksgiving orders: your name, contact details, and order choices. Payment is taken on Stripe's own checkout page; we never see or store your card number.
What the site collects automatically
We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics 4, which records how visitors use the site (pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, forms submitted, and the approximate region a visit comes from). We also use advertising measurement tags from Google and Microsoft to learn which ads lead to a quote request or a phone call. These tags set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; it checks your browser and may set its own identifiers.
How we use it
- To answer your request, plan your event, or consider your application.
- To fill and deliver Thanksgiving orders.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve the site.
Who else handles it
Our service providers handle information on our behalf: Google (analytics and advertising), Microsoft (advertising and email), Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (delivering form messages to our inbox), and Stripe (payments). Each has its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser setting or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us at the address below. Colorado and California residents have specific rights over their personal information, and we will honor them.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
