Offsites, all-hands, product launches, board dinners, holiday parties. These are the Boulder-area rooms where A Spice of Life has run corporate events in the last two years, with the details an office manager needs before booking: how many it seats, whether it books on a Tuesday, what the AV is like, and where forty people park.
A venue website tells you the room is beautiful. It rarely tells you that the freight elevator is on the north side, that the sound system needs your own laptop, or that the patio is unusable after 4 p.m. in October. We know those things because our Event Specialists have loaded in, set up, served, and broken down in every room on this page. That knowledge is what we are publishing here, venue by venue.
Three requests come up more than any other. A room for 60 to 120 with a screen, for the quarterly all-hands with lunch. A private space for 20 to 40 for a board or client dinner where the food is the point. And a December room for 100 to 300 that can hold a bar, a band, and a buffet without anyone waiting in a hallway. The venues below cover all three; the tags on each card tell you which.
Boulder rooms are smaller than Denver rooms and book earlier. The university calendar moves the market: graduation week and move-in week are hard to book anywhere near campus. Downtown parking is real, and a venue with its own lot is worth something to your guests. And a surprising number of the best corporate events we do happen outside: North Boulder Park and Foothills Community Park host company picnics from May to September, and we cook on site.

The Koenig Alumni Center is the historic former university president's residence at University and Broadway on the CU Boulder campus, renting its first floor plus a 2,200 sq ft fenced backyard with a gazebo, wraparound porch and Flatirons views. Two all-season tents extend the garden for dinners and dancing, and the house hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, retreats, memorials, alumni gatherings and business meetings.

The Boulder JCC's Levin Hall is a 4,000 sq ft event room with a built-in stage, window walls facing the Flatirons and a partially covered patio with a fireplace, backed by a licensed commercial kitchen that can be run kosher on request. Smaller meeting rooms are also available, and the venue hosts weddings, b'nai mitzvah, galas, conferences and community events.

Rembrandt Yard is a two-floor, 6,500 sq ft working art gallery a block off Pearl Street with floor-to-ceiling windows toward the Flatirons, a central fountain, an outdoor cocktail courtyard and balconies. It hosts weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, social celebrations and celebrations of life, with in-house furniture, basic AV and day-of coordination.

A four-acre working flower farm on the St. Vrain at the edge of Lyons, with a creekside ceremony site and a 2,500-square-foot climate-controlled barn for receptions. The Farmette hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, farm dinners, workshops, and corporate and private gatherings for up to 125 guests.

The Longmont Museum is a city-run museum and cultural center whose rentable spaces include the 250-seat Stewart Auditorium, the Swan Atrium, the Kaiser C classroom and an outdoor courtyard. It hosts concerts, lectures, conferences, film screenings, receptions and fundraisers, with tables, chairs, kitchen access and tech support included in rentals.

The riverside festival ranch that hosts RockyGrass and Folks Festival also rents to private events, centered on the heated Wildflower Pavilion with sliding doors on three sides and a wooded riverfront ceremony site on the St. Vrain. The ranch hosts weddings and corporate events for up to 250 guests with its concert-grade sound and lighting included.

The Dairy Arts Center is Boulder's multidisciplinary arts hub at 26th and Walnut, renting four performance spaces (the 244-seat Gordon Gamm Theater, 114-seat Grace Gamm Theater, 68-seat Carsen black box and 68-seat Boedecker cinema) along with the 220-person MacMillan Family Lobby with atrium and patio and the 60-person McMahon Gallery. It hosts performances, film screenings, fundraisers, galas, receptions and meetings.

A motel-and-cabin property on 45 acres north of Lyons with an outdoor ceremony site overlooking mountain, river and valley views and a reception tent, beer garden and bridal tent. Packages run for 50, 100 or 150 guests, and the lodge markets multi-day weddings, retreats and reunions with exclusive property use and a room block on site.

Foothills Community Park is a large north Boulder park at Cherry Avenue and Broadway, next door to Growing Gardens, with three reservable picnic shelters (A, B and C, 50 people each), restrooms, playgrounds, multi-use fields, pickleball courts and a dog park. Groups reserve one, two or all three shelters depending on size, and it is one of four city parks approved for food trucks.

VUE/boulder is a new rooftop event venue in The Annex at 1603 Walnut Street near Pearl Street, with 2,853 square feet indoors and a 2,743 square foot rooftop facing the Flatirons. Set to open in fall 2026, it is designed for weddings, corporate events, galas, mitzvahs and milestone celebrations for up to 150 seated or 200 standing, with clients bringing their own caterer from a preferred list.

Roots Music Project is a nonprofit music venue in east Boulder's 4747 Pearl complex with a full stage, house sound and lighting, a full bar and a seasonal outdoor biergarten. Beyond concerts and album releases it rents for corporate off-sites, client mixers, weddings and private parties in cocktail, seated or performance layouts.

A family-run estate on Highway 287 in Lafayette operating since 1990, with three venues: the 1910 Gatehouse ballroom with stained glass and gardens for up to 350, the 1927 Dove House mansion with brick interiors and gardens seating up to 150, and the Chandelier Barn used for indoor ceremonies of 100 or cocktail receptions of 200. It hosts weddings and celebrations year-round with in-house planning packages.

North Boulder Park is a city park on Dellwood Avenue with a reservable covered picnic shelter, grills, picnic tables, restrooms, playground, fitness court, ball fields and open turf. Its shelter is reserved for private picnics, company outings and family gatherings during the summer season and is one of the few Boulder parks where food trucks are permitted.
