Lyons is twenty minutes from our kitchen and Estes Park is fifty, and between them sit the barns, riversides, and mountain lodges where we cater more weddings than anywhere else. Here is what each one is like to work in.
Lyons has become the wedding town for couples who want mountains without the drive. River Bend and Lyons Farmette sit on the St. Vrain and book most Saturdays from May through October; Planet Bluegrass is the same river with a festival stage; Stone Mountain Lodge is up the hill with lodging on site. We have catered at all four for years, which means our Event Specialist for each already knows where the truck parks and which power circuit the band is on.
Della Terra and Black Canyon Inn are the Estes venues we work most, both with the kind of views that end up in every photo and both with logistics that reward a caterer who has done it before. Estes weddings run earlier in the day and cooler in the evening than Boulder couples expect; we plan the menu and the timeline around that.

A four-acre working flower farm on the St. Vrain at the edge of Lyons, with a creekside ceremony site and a 2,500-square-foot climate-controlled barn for receptions. The Farmette hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, farm dinners, workshops, and corporate and private gatherings for up to 125 guests.

The riverside festival ranch that hosts RockyGrass and Folks Festival also rents to private events, centered on the heated Wildflower Pavilion with sliding doors on three sides and a wooded riverfront ceremony site on the St. Vrain. The ranch hosts weddings and corporate events for up to 250 guests with its concert-grade sound and lighting included.

A riverfront lodge just outside the Rocky Mountain National Park gate with a 3,000-square-foot event hall, a large deck over the Big Thompson River and an 1,800-square-foot riverside ceremony site. A family-owned downtown Estes Park bar operating since 1945 with two event spaces: a fully private upstairs room for about 50 and the semi-private lower bar with patio for 80 to 120. It hosts rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, welcome parties, brunches, reunions and memorials, with the bar service in-house and food brought in.
