The first question to ask a venue is not the price. It is whether you can bring your own caterer. These are the Front Range venues that say yes, in their own wording, and where A Spice of Life has already cooked.
A venue with in-house catering sells you a room and a menu together. A venue that allows outside catering sells you a room and lets you decide who cooks. For a wedding where the food is personal, or a corporate event with real dietary complexity, that choice is the whole game. It is also why we keep this list: couples and office managers ask us "can we have you there?" more often than any other question.
Every venue page quotes or closely paraphrases the venue's published catering language and links to it, with the date we checked. Policies change, lists get shorter, new venues open with no list at all. If a venue's page here is out of date, tell us and we fix it.
A field kitchen when there is none, staff for setup and breakdown, china and glassware when the venue has none, bar service where the venue allows it, and a named Event Specialist who has already walked the room. The venue supplies the walls; we supply the rest.

The Koenig Alumni Center is the historic former university president's residence at University and Broadway on the CU Boulder campus, renting its first floor plus a 2,200 sq ft fenced backyard with a gazebo, wraparound porch and Flatirons views. Two all-season tents extend the garden for dinners and dancing, and the house hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, retreats, memorials, alumni gatherings and business meetings.
