What the consultation covers

Pricing follows the event, because no two are the same. The consultation is where the plan takes shape: your menu and how it fits your guests and the feel of the day, staffing and service style, setup and cleanup, timing and logistics for your venue, and dietary needs, including gluten-free and allergy-aware menus. It is also where we talk budget: a straightforward conversation about the range you are working with, so the menu we design fits it.

Where we cater

Boulder is our home and primary market, and we provide full-service catering across the Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range, including mountain venues in Lyons, Estes, and beyond. Serving Boulder since 1987.

How far ahead to reach out

The earlier the better, and it varies by event. Weddings book furthest out: popular dates and venues fill up, so start the conversation as early as you can. Corporate events and recurring office dining can often come together on shorter timelines, and December holiday party dates fill early. Social gatherings usually fall somewhere in between. Whatever the timeline, the earlier we talk, the more of the calendar you get to choose from.
