The Koenig Alumni Center is the historic former university president's residence at University and Broadway on the CU Boulder campus, renting its first floor plus a 2,200 sq ft fenced backyard with a gazebo, wraparound porch and Flatirons views. Two all-season tents extend the garden for dinners and dancing, and the house hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, retreats, memorials, alumni gatherings and business meetings.
A Spice of Life has catered 25 events at Koenig Alumni Center since May 2024, nonprofit and university events first, with corporate events and private celebrations alongside. The busiest stretch for us here has been summer. Emily is our Event Specialist for Koenig Alumni Center and knows the load-in, the kitchen, and the timing the room needs. Koenig Alumni Center lists A Spice of Life among the caterers it works with, which shortens the first conversation: the venue already knows our trucks, our staff, and how we leave a room. The venue has a prep kitchen rather than a full one; we finish hot food from our own equipment and use the space for staging and plating. The venue publishes capacity of 80 seated or 200 standing; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Load-in: Reserved date runs noon to midnight, year-round. Parking: On-site parking included with the rental.

The Boulder JCC's Levin Hall is a 4,000 sq ft event room with a built-in stage, window walls facing the Flatirons and a partially covered patio with a fireplace, backed by a licensed commercial kitchen that can be run kosher on request. Smaller meeting rooms are also available, and the venue hosts weddings, b'nai mitzvah, galas, conferences and community events.

Rembrandt Yard is a two-floor, 6,500 sq ft working art gallery a block off Pearl Street with floor-to-ceiling windows toward the Flatirons, a central fountain, an outdoor cocktail courtyard and balconies. It hosts weddings, corporate events, nonprofit galas, social celebrations and celebrations of life, with in-house furniture, basic AV and day-of coordination.

The Longmont Museum is a city-run museum and cultural center whose rentable spaces include the 250-seat Stewart Auditorium, the Swan Atrium, the Kaiser C classroom and an outdoor courtyard. It hosts concerts, lectures, conferences, film screenings, receptions and fundraisers, with tables, chairs, kitchen access and tech support included in rentals.
