A private castle on 17 acres in Bear Creek Canyon, six miles west of Morrison, with 1,500 feet of trout ponds, outdoor ceremony and reception areas, a 30-by-30 lit tent on the carriage-house patio and indoor castle rooms for weather backup. It hosts one event per day for up to 150 guests during a May-to-October season.
A Spice of Life has catered 4 events at Dunafon Castle since July 2024, weddings. The busiest stretch for us here has been summer. Emily is our Event Specialist for Dunafon Castle and knows the load-in, the kitchen, and the timing the room needs. Dunafon Castle lists A Spice of Life among the caterers it works with, which shortens the first conversation: the venue already knows our trucks, our staff, and how we leave a room. The venue publishes capacity of 150 seated; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Load-in: Every event must conclude by 12:30 am. Walk-through rehearsals scheduled Monday through Thursday, 9am to 9pm. Parking: Valet service included. Alcohol: Guests may bring any alcohol; the caterer must provide the bartender; no corkage charges.

Asterisk is a renovated 1920s post-office garage at the Broadway/Park Avenue/Arapahoe intersection in downtown Denver, with an 8,500 sq ft main hall under steel trusses and skylights plus a 1,700 sq ft rooftop patio and a small boardroom. It hosts corporate events, nonprofit galas, weddings, product launches, tradeshows and photo shoots, with a capacity chart by configuration for each space.

A log-and-stone lakefront hall on Evergreen Lake run by the park and recreation district, with a Great Room seating 200 around a stone fireplace, a smaller Octagon Room often used for buffets, and a deck facing the water that seats 100 for ceremonies. It is rented year-round for weddings, meetings and community events with a district staff member on duty.

A locally owned events building in Westminster's Bradburn Village with a 3,552 sq ft large ballroom (stage, rigging and attached terrace), a 1,750 sq ft small ballroom, a lounge, a boardroom and an evergreen-ringed outdoor terrace. It hosts weddings, mitzvahs, galas and social events on weekends and meetings, trainings, seminars and holiday parties midweek.
