A log-and-stone lakefront hall on Evergreen Lake run by the park and recreation district, with a Great Room seating 200 around a stone fireplace, a smaller Octagon Room often used for buffets, and a deck facing the water that seats 100 for ceremonies. It is rented year-round for weddings, meetings and community events with a district staff member on duty.
A Spice of Life has catered 7 events at Evergreen Lake House since August 2024, weddings. The busiest stretch for us here has been fall. Emily is our Event Specialist for Evergreen Lake House, with Max as backup, and knows the load-in, the kitchen, and the timing the room needs. Evergreen Lake House lists A Spice of Life among the caterers it works with, which shortens the first conversation: the venue already knows our trucks, our staff, and how we leave a room. The venue has a prep kitchen rather than a full one; we finish hot food from our own equipment and use the space for staging and plating. The venue publishes capacity of 200 seated or 200 standing; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Load-in: 8-hour or 10-hour rental blocks set by the renter; half-hour rehearsal typically scheduled six weeks out during business hours. Parking: Limited reserved spaces for events; most of the lot stays open to the public. Alcohol: BYO beer, wine, champagne and hard liquor permitted (no shots or neat pours); must be served by a TIPS-certified bartender; service ends one hour before the rental ends.

Asterisk is a renovated 1920s post-office garage at the Broadway/Park Avenue/Arapahoe intersection in downtown Denver, with an 8,500 sq ft main hall under steel trusses and skylights plus a 1,700 sq ft rooftop patio and a small boardroom. It hosts corporate events, nonprofit galas, weddings, product launches, tradeshows and photo shoots, with a capacity chart by configuration for each space.

A private castle on 17 acres in Bear Creek Canyon, six miles west of Morrison, with 1,500 feet of trout ponds, outdoor ceremony and reception areas, a 30-by-30 lit tent on the carriage-house patio and indoor castle rooms for weather backup. It hosts one event per day for up to 150 guests during a May-to-October season.

A locally owned events building in Westminster's Bradburn Village with a 3,552 sq ft large ballroom (stage, rigging and attached terrace), a 1,750 sq ft small ballroom, a lounge, a boardroom and an evergreen-ringed outdoor terrace. It hosts weddings, mitzvahs, galas and social events on weekends and meetings, trainings, seminars and holiday parties midweek.
