The Lincoln Center is Fort Collins' city-owned performing arts and event center with nearly 17,000 square feet of rentable space: the Canyon West Ballroom, Columbine Room, Founders Room, an art gallery, a 1,187-seat Performance Hall, the Magnolia Theatre, and outdoor Rooftop Deck and Terrace. It hosts weddings, conferences, trade shows, fundraisers, quinceaneras and performances with tables, chairs and sound systems included.
A Spice of Life has catered 4 events at The Lincoln Center since March 2024, corporate events first, with weddings and events alongside. The busiest stretch for us here has been spring. The Lincoln Center lists A Spice of Life among the caterers it works with, which shortens the first conversation: the venue already knows our trucks, our staff, and how we leave a room. There is a commercial kitchen on site, so plated service and hot stations are straightforward here. The venue publishes capacity of 250 seated or 350 standing; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Alcohol: 'Sapphire Events, LLC is The Lincoln Center's exclusive alcohol provider.' Outside alcohol is prohibited under the venue's liquor license, will be confiscated, and forfeits the deposit. Nonalcoholic beverages may be provided by an outside caterer, but must go through Sapphire when bar service is requested.

It hosts one wedding at a time with full-property exclusivity, along with corporate off-sites, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life and nonprofit events.

TPC Colorado is a private golf club in the Heron Lakes community south of Loveland, with a 65,000 square foot clubhouse, three restaurants and a 5,000 square foot Longs Peak Ballroom opening onto mountain-facing patios. It hosts weddings and receptions on an event lawn overlooking the course and Welch Reservoir, plus rehearsal dinners, meetings, seminars and golf outings across seven event locations.
