TPC Colorado is a private golf club in the Heron Lakes community south of Loveland, with a 65,000 square foot clubhouse, three restaurants and a 5,000 square foot Longs Peak Ballroom opening onto mountain-facing patios. It hosts weddings and receptions on an event lawn overlooking the course and Welch Reservoir, plus rehearsal dinners, meetings, seminars and golf outings across seven event locations.
A Spice of Life has catered 47 events at TPC Colorado since July 2024, recurring programs first, with corporate events alongside. The busiest stretch for us here has been summer. There is a commercial kitchen on site, so plated service and hot stations are straightforward here. The venue publishes capacity of 250 seated; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way.

Bellvue
An 1896 working ranch on more than 500 acres of pasture and rock outcrops west of Fort Collins, with an Upper Barn welcome area, Corral Lounge, three amphitheater ceremony sites, a stone gazebo and meadow lawn, and a stone terrace with fountain. It hosts weddings, corporate events, wellness retreats and private functions with complete exclusivity for the event.

Sweet Heart Winery sits on six riverside acres along the Big Thompson west of Loveland, with a hand-joined timber-frame barrel room, a patio under cottonwoods and a grass ceremony aisle by the river. It hosts one wedding at a time with full-property exclusivity, along with corporate off-sites, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life and nonprofit events.

The Lincoln Center is Fort Collins' city-owned performing arts and event center with nearly 17,000 square feet of rentable space: the Canyon West Ballroom, Columbine Room, Founders Room, an art gallery, a 1,187-seat Performance Hall, the Magnolia Theatre, and outdoor Rooftop Deck and Terrace. It hosts weddings, conferences, trade shows, fundraisers, quinceaneras and performances with tables, chairs and sound systems included.
