The venue publishes capacity of 200 seated or 200 standing; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Load-in: One event per day; 4-hour minimum rental; day-before rehearsal included for weddings. Parking: Over 65 free parking spaces plus overflow.
