A taphouse on the Ralston Creek Trail in Arvada with an 850 sq ft private event room that can combine with the upper indoor level and upper patio for up to about 140 guests, with Front Range views and firepits. It hosts corporate happy hours, team outings, reunions, nonprofit gatherings and parties; wedding ceremonies are not permitted and guests bring in their own catering.
A Spice of Life has catered 2 events at Colorado Tap House since July 2024, corporate events. The busiest stretch for us here has been summer. There is no kitchen, which changes nothing for the menu: we bring a field kitchen sized to the guest count and need only power, water, and a level place to set it. The venue publishes capacity of 50 seated or 140 standing; we size service style to that, and a buffet or stations needs more floor than a plated dinner for the same count. Indoor and outdoor space both come into play, so the timeline carries a weather call and we stage food where it stays hot either way. Load-in: Two daily booking slots (11am-4pm and 5pm-9 or 10pm); reservations up to a year ahead via Skedda; no bar spend minimums. Alcohol: Full bar operated by the venue (beer, cocktails, wine, spirits); no bar minimums.

Asterisk is a renovated 1920s post-office garage at the Broadway/Park Avenue/Arapahoe intersection in downtown Denver, with an 8,500 sq ft main hall under steel trusses and skylights plus a 1,700 sq ft rooftop patio and a small boardroom. It hosts corporate events, nonprofit galas, weddings, product launches, tradeshows and photo shoots, with a capacity chart by configuration for each space.

A log-and-stone lakefront hall on Evergreen Lake run by the park and recreation district, with a Great Room seating 200 around a stone fireplace, a smaller Octagon Room often used for buffets, and a deck facing the water that seats 100 for ceremonies. It is rented year-round for weddings, meetings and community events with a district staff member on duty.

A private castle on 17 acres in Bear Creek Canyon, six miles west of Morrison, with 1,500 feet of trout ponds, outdoor ceremony and reception areas, a 30-by-30 lit tent on the carriage-house patio and indoor castle rooms for weather backup. It hosts one event per day for up to 150 guests during a May-to-October season.
